Jack Bentler has been immersed in the world of tax and estate planning since the age of 18, when he first started working at Bentler Mulder. Jack observed firsthand how impactful estate planning is on the firm’s clients. Jack always knew that helping others would be central to his career, and his early experience at the firm showed him how trust and estate attorneys provide that service every day. Since then, he has worked closely with clients, learning and developing a deep appreciation for the firm’s core mission: helping clients organize their most personal planning. As the son of founding partner Robin Bentler, Jack has grown into a vital member of the Bentler Mulder team, combining firsthand client experience with a commitment to integrity, empathy, and innovation.
An Orange County native, Jack graduated from Sage Hill School in Newport Coast and earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science with a minor in Business from Texas Christian University. After graduation, he returned to Southern California to pursue his legal education and currently attends Chapman University’s Fowler School of Law. He is on track to receive his J.D. in the spring of 2027.
Jack’s legal ambitions are rooted in a lifetime of exposure to ethical, client-centered legal practice. With a deep respect for the principles on which his father built the firm, Jack is committed to upholding that legacy while contributing a forward-thinking perspective to meet the evolving needs of today’s clients. His goal is to grow, learn and to then carry Bentler Mulder LLP into the next generation with the same dedication to excellence, trust, and personalized service that clients have come to expect.
